THE BASICS

A quick introduction

Allow for a quick introduction.  My name is Pam Lintner.  My story begins 30 years ago (or so) while in college, working for a political research firm, and progressed to a who's who of research companies over the years. I came up in the era of pencils, note cards, and zero shortcuts. Efficient? Not even close. But it built something better—instinct, grit, and a real feel for people you just can’t fake.  I have been a Recruiter, Project Manager, Facility Director, Sales, Panel Development, Coordinator of Chaos, and the calm in the middle of a meltdown.  I even tried moderation once by choice and a few times on the fly.  I quickly learned it's an art that I lack, but it gave me tremendous insight into the full circle of research.  I fully understand the necessity for insight to start with humans if more than good enough is needed.  Sidebar:  And why should good even be enough when better is possible?

My focus is on recruiting and I am always open to discussion on how else I might be able to support your research efforts.  We will find a way!  The current sweet spot is consumers with a splash of healthcare professionals.  Said another way, B2B is not my jam.

How can I help?

  • Consulting.  I can help figure out the best way forward, whether it is research design, vendor selection, company structure, or just a good ol' sounding board.
  • Recruiting.  Consumer is my expertise.  HCP is as well, but candidly, only if it's a fit for both of us.  There are a lot of options in the marketplace, and some might be faster, cheaper, or more efficient, so let's talk and figure it out.  If I'm not the answer, I will guide you to a solution.
  • Respondent Management: Got a list of customers who qualify and just need to be scheduled?  I can do that while handling confirmations and payments.  Let me help you focus on what you do best, and I'll manage the rest.
  • Methodology:  Anything is possible, so let's have a conversation.

What makes QB1 different?

I engage with every recruit. I listen. I put people at ease. I make sure they feel seen—not processed, not rushed, not just another name on a list.  It becomes a relationship.

And that’s where the magic happens.

  • You see it in who shows up.
  • You feel it in how they show up.
  • You hear it in how real they’re willing to get.

.

That’s the QB1 approach—deliberate, scrappy, intuitive, and unapologetically personal.

Because great recruiting isn’t about right number of people, it’s about putting the right people at the table—ready to be seen, heard, and fully themselves.

What is with the Name?

Such a fun question and a conversation to be had. Let me ask you:  what do you think it means?  If you see a Queen Bee who is a protector, a leader, perhaps all knowing...you might be right.  Or perhaps you zero'd in on QB1 as the capable 1st string quarterback that you want on your team, well...the answer is Yes.

What else you should know?

I am a font snob.  You might find the polarizing bolding of a key point but you will never see me use Times New Roman.  No serifs here.   And Lucinda Handwriting or Comic Sans:  there's nothing elegant or funny about either.
